Today, Tuesday, June 11, 2024 about 10:30 am, I went inside Pruneridge Citibank branch to deposit funds into my accounts. Bank teller Drina Coelho assisted me with my transactions. Teller Drina was very cordial and assisted me with a friendly smile.

Every time I walk into this building, I know it's going to be a bad day!!! I've never once had a good experience at Citibank (especially at this location) and I finally came in today to close my account. My Mom and I had to close an UTMA account (mind you, it has $0 in it) and why did it take 30 minutes and 4 different workers? When my Mom tried to close it last week, they told her only I could close it. When I came in today, they told me only she could close it. My Mom called them out and straight up said that SOMEONE here ... read more
