Citibank is the worst bank I have ever had! My card was comprised so I called customer service, blocked the card, and order a new one. The representative first told me that I had to close the account and open a new one, when i told him to please transfer me to someone else, they said they can just close that card and send me a new one. They told me the card would be sent overnight — fast forward 5 days later still no card. I call customer service back and they told me that no card was sent out, but they can send it now. Customer service Is terrible! Long wait times, limited products. Highly recommend visiting other banks like Chase, Wells Fargo, etc. Also, I received a letter in the mail from Citi Saying that if I wanted to make changes to my CD, I could reach out to a service representative at Citi Business. When I called them at the 1-877 number provided I couldn’t get through to anyone at all, and in fact only received an Ai agent with solicitation offers for others companies/products . How desperate! Bank elsewhere!
