My favorite Citibank ever and ive been with Citi for decades.
I had a great experience at Citibank thanks to Arianna and the branch manager, Debbie. Arianna was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable, making sure all my questions were answered and everything was handled smoothly. Debbie was just as wonderful—very approachable and supportive, and you can tell she truly cares about both her customers and her team. Together, they made what could have been a stressful visit feel easy and positive. Excellent customer service all around!
I'm not sure I can accurately explain how much I enjoy this place. If they served food, I would stay for hours. (Mahjong anyone?) To start, Beth, Brianne, Majorie and Joey are my besties, and I think the feeling is mutual, that or they are very good actors. They are always a pleasure to deal with and get me in and out of there without any BS. These folks are my style, straight to the point. The communication process was terrible. I went into this branch to get the information needed to open an account for my daughter who is 16. My wife and daughter went to this branch to make a deposit and inquired about the process to open an account and were told that all she needed was her school ID and her social security card. Then I went in yesterday and was told the same exact thing.
