I'm not sure I can accurately explain how much I enjoy this place. If they served food, I would stay for hours. (Mahjong anyone?) To start, Beth, Brianne, Majorie and Joey are my besties, and I think the feeling is mutual, that or they are very good actors. The communication process was terrible. I went into this branch to get the information needed to open an account for my daughter who is 16. My wife and daughter went to this branch to make a deposit and inquired about the process to open an account and were told that all she needed was her school ID and her social security card. Then I went in yesterday and was told the same exact thing. Well today I brought my daughter in to this branch to open the account and was told that she now needed a letter from her guidance counselo... read more

Very helpful and courteous guidance
Waited and waited to confer with a banker which unfortunately never happened due to a time constraint. The staffing is inadequate, though there are plenty of empty cubicles.
