This is absolutely not a bank who cares about customers services. I don’t recommend banking here
The slowest branch bank
Nargis is a joke…. I have three accounts at this branch and a separate joint account with my wife…. I was at work and my wife needed money and came to the bank and dealt with Nargis who opened our account and wouldn’t let her withdraw money When she had her drivers license, but she didn’t have a debit card. I do not trust this bank, nor am dealing with them in the future I do not recommend
opened an account here called the branch trying to talk to a rep for help and they never answered.
Impossible to reach the branch for assistance. Extremely frustrating and disappointing.
