opened an account here called the branch trying to talk to a rep for help and they never answered.
Impossible to reach the branch for assistance. Extremely frustrating and disappointing.
Terrible service! They told me I needed certain documents before, but after I got them and came back, they said everything was fine. Then they got busy made me wait. I waited for half an hour, only to have them spend another hour processing my account. Then, after another half hour, they told me my documents were not sufficient to open an account. This wasted me an hour and a half. I had already closed two of my company accounts because of their service, and now I will close all my company and personal accounts.
I have been trying for two days to speak to someone at my branch. They are always busy and transfer me to service center who can’t help. Nardis please call
I had the best experience with Maria M. at this Citibank location! She was super attentive and sweet, and she always went out of her way to check in with me and troubleshoot any problems. She is the best!
