Customer service getting worse and worse. Met this Asian lady bank teller. The branch use to do notary public and was told they no longer doing it which is fine. It was the tone and attitude essentially don’t want to be bother and asking you to get out. Being with Citibank customers for over 20 years and have my adult kids with them. Prob time to move to different bank for banking . Just went to the branch at flushing Main Street And worked with another Citibank representative Sing. He was great. This is absolutely not a bank who cares about customers services. I don’t recommend banking here
The slowest branch bank
Nargis is a joke…. I have three accounts at this branch and a separate joint account with my wife…. I was at work and my wife needed money and came to the bank and dealt with Nargis who opened our account and wouldn’t let her withdraw money When she had her drivers license, but she didn’t have a debit card. I do not trust this bank, nor am dealing with them in the future I do not recommend
