I have been a Citibank custumer for over 20 years.I have been coming to this location for a very long time.The tellers are very friendly and polite.and today I had the worst experience ever with the manager.I explained to him that my account was resently hacked and I was extremely worry about what could happen and I asked to please help me.he tells me I have to make an appointment to fix the issues.i told him what happens if they go into my account and remove all my funds,he looked at me like I was bothering him.screamed at ... read more
