Came to this branch after having a difficult experience at the Boca Raton Branch off Glades Roah in Boca Raton Florida. While it was a little confusing walking in as there was no one to greet you, I want to call out the teller who assisted me for exceptional service with a great personality. Chan was terrific, she took the time to listen to me then jumped into action correcting an issue from the other branch and handling my account with ease. I don’t go into banks often. I had to go to get a medallion stamp on some documents. I wasn’t looking forward to the wait and hassles I expected. What I found was a nice looking bank with a handicap entrance, large waiting area, no lines, and a bank officer Guisella Ivonne Smith who made the process easy. She helped my mother who had to fill out part of the forms. She was patient, friendly and helpful. I wish every bank had someone like her.
Worst financial institution in America! Terrible customer service they don’t care about their clients!
