I have been a customer for more then 10 years. I asked the teller to take care of a check fee as a 1 time courtesy. She said she would bring it up to her manager but I never heard from them again. Wouldn't recommend this branch.
As a Citi Priority client, I had a VERY NEGATIVE experience at THIS BRANCH today. Presently looking to close my account.
I have had nothing but incredible service here! This branch goes above and beyond! All the tellers and Michael branch manager are WONDERFUL
