I had a very upsetting experience at this Citi Bank location. My cousin went in to withdraw $150 using his valid ID and was told by Vilas Patel that there is a “new system” that doesn’t allow withdrawals with ID. That explanation did not make sense and raised serious concerns.As someone who also works for Citi, I am familiar with standard procedures, and this did not align with what I know. I have been a customer for more then 10 years. I asked the teller to take care of a check fee as a 1 time courtesy. She said she would bring it up to her manager but I never heard from them again. Wouldn't recommend this branch.
