I went to the bank on 082124 and was served by Caroline who was informative, professional and very helpful.
Note: This is a review about the branch, not CitiBank itself. The employees are usually nice, they speak at least English and Chinese (not sure about others). I like how they are not very busy, so the wait is short to nonexistant.
