I changed my bank 2 times , I have a good experience with citi bank in mosaic center I am planning to take more money to that bank hopefully they don’t disappoint me , so far I am very happy with them , also I love their app , I give them 5 starts their workers are very helpful and friendly they also offer me water 👏👏👏👏
Do NOT trust this bank at all. I had "safe" deposit box at this branch n when I went to take out one of my important documents I noticed one of my valuable belongings that's worth over 3k was missing. Yes, I did confronted the branch and they threatened to call the police on me. Obviously I can still file a written complaint with the Office of the Comptroller's (OCC) Customer Assistance Group. I have been a Citibank customer for 40+ years and have interacted with personnel at various Citibank branches/units in multiple states. The current manager of this branch is undoubtedly the worst by a huge margin. I visited the branch last month to address a paperwork requirement from Citibank Retirement Plan Services.
