They (Citibank) just turned down a $63 charge!! The fraud dept is in the Philipines!!!!! They CLAIMED they tried to contact me - that is a LIE! NOW I have to spend AT LEAST ANOTHER HOUR and go back to FEDEX to get my IMPORTANT package sent!!
The branch manager, Christopher Kim super rude plus for a bank that does not have $100 bills and they refused service because I asked for $100 bills
the lady banker is a little rude towards visitors and also i think they need change the people in front because the lady needs a refresher on customer service and that is all.
The service is not professional and satisfaction.
