I had a very disappointing experience with this branch. I visited the branch to close my checking account, and the staff at the counter told me the account was closed. However, it turns out it wasn’t actually closed. A month later, I was shocked to see that my account went into a negative balance because the bank charged a monthly maintenance fee on what I thought was a closed account. This place is disgusting with their customer service they give no support to their customer when they are in need for help and ignore support this place is terrible I recommend not coming here.
