This place is disgusting with their customer service they give no support to their customer when they are in need for help and ignore support this place is terrible I recommend not coming here.
They issued me a bad 1099 for savings bond I redeemed. The call center told me me to call the branch. The branch wouldn't return my call. They NEVER pick up the phone. You ALWAYS get transferred to the call center, who tells you to call the branch. Stay AWAY. Chase is so much better.
I had an A+ customer service experience today at the Richmond Avenue location. Angelo greeted me before I made my way to the line, I was only getting coins but he assisted me happily and opened a booth for me! He also stated I could ask for him if I needed assistance in the future. Shout out to Angelo at Richmond Avenue Citi Bank for fantastic customer service.
