Let me tell you the utter incompetence of Citi. My grandfather's account went inactive because he moved. He changed his bank. This place made him leave a little money in the bank and not fully close the account. Fast forward five years. My family reaches out to ask me to close it because I'm on the account and this place wouldn't let her close it without me. I live 3000 miles away. I just fought on the phone with Citi and had to demand the back room to get anywhere with them. Now I have to drive for an hour in any direction ... read more

This branch has been a good experience for me and my family. Always welcoming and very personable. I actually live closer to another branch that I choose not to go to because I really like to receive Good customer service and energy at the Conklin branch. I know the staff on a personal level and they also treat my family with patience and respect. “That’s what it’s all about”
This branch SUCKS!!! There’s never any tellers available. The mgr lady doesn’t do jack else other than apologize for the wait. On a Friday there’s only 1 teller. I hate this branch. Go anywhere else but here in Farmingdale.
