Let me tell you the utter incompetence of Citi. My grandfather's account went inactive because he moved. He changed his bank. This place made him leave a little money in the bank and not fully close the account. Fast forward five years. My family reaches out to ask me to close it because I'm on the account and this place wouldn't let her close it without me. I live 3000 miles away.
