Computers inside are slow and freeze up. ATMs are very slow. Long lines. Not a good experience.

Steve and Vicki are terrific!! The staff is always helpful and friendly
I was extremely disappointed with my experience here on December 27 2023 around 1:30PM. I had a specific inquiry and instead of providing me with proper guidance, the staff asked me to have a check re-written from another party with no explanation, even after she supposedly spoke with a manager. I have been a long term customer at Citibank and have recently moved to Manhasset. Unfortunately, the Manhasset branch was unable to service me so I went back to my old branch at Great Neck and they took care of me in less than 5 min... read more
