I went for a visit to take care of some things for my family's accounts and we had the pleasure of working with Harvinder Arora. She was kind, patient and professional. The notary Steve at the cubicle next to her was also very kind and helpful. We were very well taken care of and felt cared for as well. Highly recommend
Computers inside are slow and freeze up. ATMs are very slow. Long lines. Not a good experience.

I was extremely disappointed with my experience here on December 27 2023 around 1:30PM. I had a specific inquiry and instead of providing me with proper guidance, the staff asked me to have a check re-written from another party with no explanation, even after she supposedly spoke with a manager. I have been a long term customer at Citibank and have recently moved to Manhasset.
