Carol the branch manager was unhelpful and wasted my time twice. Will be pulling my money out ASAP
Went in person and had a good experience but some joint accounts are now messed up (ie access and visibility issues), and when I called no one answered and I was automatically directed to the 1800 number, where the accounts became even more muddled up. I have called multiple times now and no one at this branch answers the phone.
I’m very disappointed with my experience at Citi Bank. They were advertising two offers where, by keeping a set amount of money in both checking and savings for 90 days, you would earn $700 with a fixed interest rate. Unfortunately, the banker I worked with gave me misleading instructions on how the money needed to be transferred. Because of this, Citi has refused to honor the promotion. Anything possible theses days even citi Atm sut down after people deposit cash. But put right numbers people can call get some helllllllllllp! Plllleeeeese!!!!!!!!!
