This afternoon I went to the Citibank counter to deposit a check. After the teller processed it, she gave me a receipt. When I got to my car and looked at the deposit receipt more closely, I found that the five-figure deposit was shown as a four-figure amount on the receipt! This is so outrageous and unbelievable!
Carol the branch manager was unhelpful and wasted my time twice. Will be pulling my money out ASAP
Went in person and had a good experience but some joint accounts are now messed up (ie access and visibility issues), and when I called no one answered and I was automatically directed to the 1800 number, where the accounts became even more muddled up. I have called multiple times now and no one at this branch answers the phone.
