I’m very disappointed with my experience at Citi Bank. They were advertising two offers where, by keeping a set amount of money in both checking and savings for 90 days, you would earn $700 with a fixed interest rate. Unfortunately, the banker I worked with gave me misleading instructions on how the money needed to be transferred. Because of this, Citi has refused to honor the promotion.
