Very rude person when he called my home to discuss lowering interest rates. When I questioned if he was for real. He replied Do you know who you are talking to”. I replied do you know who you are talking to. He had a heavy accent , sorry but too many telemarketers have this accent. Does this person think he is special?
Very nice Bank. I personally don't bank here but I've been there several times to notarize documents and they are very friendly and helpful. It doesn't seem like a busy branch which send to be a plus for whoever uses Citibank. Very conveniently located branch in the center of town
