This specific review is for The Iranian woman who hung up on me without actually hearing my issue. She was instructed to avoid talking to me due to risk of litigation. This is totally unprofessional. Thank fully Shirley answered the phone. I had to call Citi from an alias number just to get an answer. Totally unprofessional! This branch seriously needs to be closed down, it is full of employees that don't want to do any work. I'm sure tat citibank has no clue what's going on. First of all they haven't answered the phone in 6 years. Even if you make an appointment they'll have you waiting an hour and if you walk in off the street forget it it will take them an hour to do the simplest thing. Close it down alread.
