I will be closing my account with Citi after my experience. I came to deposit a check and the teller insinuated that my check was not a real check after looking at me and looking at the amount. I went to the Bank of America close to the location and they stated nothing about the check looks close to being fake. I am not a customer of Bank of America and yet they treated me better than Citi has after years of being a customer.
