I would not recommend the customer service we received after opening our business account with Citi bank. Vera Kosmodemianskaia helped us open the account, which any banker should be able to assist with. Unfortunately, the follow-up service afterward was extremely dissapointing. I emailed Vera twice and received no response either time.
