Worst customer service. 4 people waiting for to see a representative. Representative just walking back and forth doing nothing. Been here 20 minutes.
Some polite tellers, although slow. Generally arrogant and entitled staff acting as prima Donna. Management is not ever willing to work or help in a pinch.
Katherine and Elaine provided the epitome of unprofessionalism. I was there for 1.5 for a very simple service (wire transfer) as I was having difficulties online. They passed me on from a worker to another one, like you know what. There were in total 4 clients in the branch within those hours. But Miss.Elaine decided to have her lunch at 5 PM. This is the biggest Scam BANK ever, they report in my credit that I own them $539 from Macys Credit Card, I called Macys and they said that my account is $0 and paid in full. I called again Citi Bank and they said that they can’t find my information. scam over Scam. Of course nobody wants to help or similar.Stay away from them.BIG SCAM
