I came here about a year ago and was helped by someone who very much understood customer service and was great. But I had to come again now for help with something and the first person I spoke with wasn’t very skilled and the second person at first tried to help, but then didn’t go out of his way to actually address my issue, helped another customer in the meantime and then disappeared. Been here many times. Requested a notary twice: no dice. Tried on several occasions to get to ATM using card, but the mechanism is ALWAYS busted. Tellers are always nice, as well as the branch manager; other staff seem like they're doing you a favor.
This branch has A lack of customer service or understanding of their responsibilities. The elevator not working for handicap client and they did not note anything regarding my account. Horrendous service, avoid this branch!

I don't know what kind rules citi bank follow i am international student. I don't have ssn and i don't have account with them. My friend need money and i pick money from my bank and i try to deposit his account and i give my id but she told me i need ssn what kind that rules ?? I can't understand totally worst forget citi forever.
