Where to start— phone calls not returned, no response to emails. Cannot reach a RM or financial advisor at this branch. Manager does not answer phone. In summary- lack of customer service. I’ve contacted Citi gold customer service 800 number but not much they could do other than take notes and file a complaint. I do not recommend this branch if you’re interested in investment services.
This has to be the worse bank in nyc understaffed and cant even cash a check from their own bank, but then want me to open an account no thank you ill stay at chase
