Jack and all other members are friendly, the service is professional and fast
Terrible. Bank rep laughed and said “great! We are closed this friday. Didn’t know that. I don’t have to work that day. Yes! Haha. Did you want to come in on Thursday instead?” “ no I just said I can’t.” It was very unprofessional.

WORST BANK EVER. I went there to open a checking account. They opened it for me but after 4 days, I received a call that we cannot verify your Social security card and we have to lock your account and will close it after 30 days if you don't show us the SSN card. Imagine a big bank like Citi cannot verify my SSN eventhoughIalreadyhaveacreditcardwith them. I provided my W2 and they didn't accept it since it was not the last year W2.
