Went in a few minutes a, teller was just sitting saw me walking in no one else in line didn't acknowledge me. I waved my hand and walked over. The best customer service
I had 2 bank accounts hacked from this branch. I closed my account after the second account was hacked and drained in less than a year by fraudulent checks deposited electronically. My mother’s caregiver had her debit card number and pin stolen from this branch. When she appeared in person at the branch the personnel refused to recognize her as the account holder even though she presented identification and froze her account so that she could not access funds to pay bills.
