I made an appt with banker Yun Choi. It's been a year since my checking account closed and the funds in the acc at the time still hasnt been received by me. Despite me giving my drivers license, she couldnt verify my identity due to a change in email and phone number. Update 6/7 They finally credited onto my account. I am just mad that the result from the first dispute came out as negative. Horrible experience. Update 5/28/25 My wife visited the branch instead of me because I was working. my wife told me the bank was aware of the issue. There was one customer literally right before her complaining about the same issue that I had. Update 5/22/25: i contacted the number that citibank replied to my review. Nothing changed, 45 days for investigation and 10 business days to get my cash get. How can a BANK work like this?? How can I trust a bank that can't even maintain their ATM machines??I read a previous review of somebody who had the same experience here. Also, this branch NEVER picks up the phones!!
