Update 5/22/25: i contacted the number that citibank replied to my review. Nothing changed, 45 days for investigation and 10 business days to get my cash get. How can a BANK work like this?? How can I trust a bank that can't even maintain their ATM machines??I read a previous review of somebody who had the same experience here. Also, this branch NEVER picks up the phones!!
