She went above and beyond to assist me and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I was passing through the area just once and needed some Cash-ola. I see other comments on here about tellers attitudes etc. NOO it is really Citibank's reckless design on the privacy of their ATM while commencing a transaction I have a problem with. "WINDOWS" , yeah that's right now there are windows on each side of their indoor ATMs. People from the outside can watch you put your pin in and see how much you have in your account as well as the inside.
