Citibank is the absolute worst bank. DO NO BANK HERE. THEY GIVE YOUR MONEY OUT AND THEN DONT GET IT BACK FOR YOU. GAVE AWAY MY $3000 AND THEN DENIED MY FRAUD CLAIM.

She went above and beyond to assist me and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I was especially impressed that they were able to issue me a temporary debit card on the spot—something not every bank offers.
