For the love of God noone open a credit card here. When you make a payment to your credit card. A donkey travels across the desert with your payment and it can take a whole month just to reach them.
Does anyone ever answer the phone at the branch?
I wish I could rate them a 0. We went in so I could be added to my dad's account in case of emergency. My dad lives in Florida so we went in while he was visiting. They stick us with a woman who has never added anyone to an account before, and she screwed up the entire process. After we left I started getting phone calls from other branch employees telling me the woman didn't run my credit or ask for the right information, etc. Fast forward a few months of me never receiving a debit card or update, I learn that they couldn't... read more
