If I could rate all of Citi bank negative two billion stars I would. It has been weeks of battles with them. Anytime I have tried to make a transaction it was flagged as fraud and I had to call them just so I could buy groceries or get gas. I had been calling them for multiple days in a row to get this issue resolved. Finally I was fed up and went into the bank to remove my funds from my account and put them into another bank that I can actually trust and all of a sudden my account is being closed. The professionalism that I have experienced over the last year at the Oak Brook branch is reminiscent of how attentive, knowledgeable and courteous banking was. The tellers (Charles, Samuel, Joana) are more than willing and capable of handling many various banking transactions as well as providing services such as what Citi Credit Card is most appropriate for my needs! In addition the Branch Manager Lydia is always present and actively engaged to ensure my banking experience has been taken care of!
For the love of God noone open a credit card here. When you make a payment to your credit card. A donkey travels across the desert with your payment and it can take a whole month just to reach them.
