Long overdue review of Najmeh Pandidan at the desk: If I could give her 10 stars, I would. In all my years at Citibank, she was more flexible and gracious than anyone I've encountered. And she really did extra work to make the process as easy as possible. If Citibank's culture created and rewarded more Najmeh's, it would payoff exponentially.
Horrible experience with a woman banker!!!! Arvinder Bhamber She got me to open a credit card . Credit card doesn’t match with my name just because she doesn’t know how to type. I went to this branch at least five times . She is never there . Always at lunch , break . Or other freaking excuses . I left massages for her . No respond . Never try this branch .

I have been a loyal client of the Citibank Woodland Hills branch since 2017 till now. Despite moving to another city, I continue to visit this branch because of the exceptional service they provide, particularly from their personal banker, Najmeh Pandidan. She is highly professional, incredibly patient, and always helpful. My family and I deeply value her outstanding assistance.
Cmon Citi. Either set up an ATM outside (like BoA)or have a gatekeeping door that works when you’re closed (like Chase)
