If I can give this a Zero I would, This location 7119 Topanga Canyon Blvd, Canoga Park, CA 91303, is very disgusting and racists. I’m African-American woman. I’ve been banking with Citibank for many years now, “but, this, location is, totally racists. Every time I come to this location, they treat me like a criminal. I'm only writing this review because this branch doesn't deserve the kind of low scoring it has. People in the branch are very friendly, they can help you with very specific requests, they always provide all information requested. I typically go here for things that are not "the norm" and every time they have found a solution for me, or helped me correct something, etc. Don't pay too much attention to the negative reviews! Just be a good person and treat people with respect.
