Eugenia curiel is one miserable piece of work Literally, every time I come into this branch, the discrimination is at a all time high. I usually ignore it but today takes the cake im so sick of this branch. Then its her trying to tell me “shes a manager” but had to ask for a override from the woman that sits in the front office. All they do is hire friends and run peoples locations into the ground and the “branch manager” was right there while she argued with me n threw items down on the counter at me
They help me with my account and amazing customer service specially at teller line that always welcome me with an smile.

I feel like this is the worst citi branch, and it speaks volumes, because I’ve been a customer since 2013. I’m not sure if it’s discrimination but every-time I go, things that I am normally able to do at other branches, I am unable to do here. You can barely make it through the door before they ask what you need and then refer you elsewhere.
