I feel like this is the worst citi branch, and it speaks volumes, because I’ve been a customer since 2013. I’m not sure if it’s discrimination but every-time I go, things that I am normally able to do at other branches, I am unable to do here. You can barely make it through the door before they ask what you need and then refer you elsewhere. Very excellent. I was taking care of by one of the bank manager.
I feel like I was discriminated against. I made a deposit here the other day for a check that I always deposit but usually through the app. This time I decided to go in person since I Was driving past . I am not sure if it’s because of the teller I went to, his name was Elias. It was a couple thousand dollars. They disabled my account.
