I’ve been a long-time customer, but my recent experience was beyond disappointing. I requested checks from someone in the business department not only were they never sent, it turns out the request wasn’t even put in. I had to call Citi directly just to get it handled. On top of that, the redesign of the branch makes it feel more like an asylum than a bank. Definitely not the level of professionalism or service you’d expect
Great customer service
Wait is long only 1 teller manager Cecille Galvez doesn't want to open another window while bank teller Sandra B. Works furiously to get customers out as fast as she can.
