It's a great feeling being notice
Use this bank mostly for savings but I like this location because it's close to where I work when I'm downtown. Parking at meters.
I love this bank, everyone is so friendly, i love Al the safety measures Citibank is moving toward. They even serve coffee
Had a problem with being overcharged on my account. Walked in to deposit some money and figured I would try to get the issue resolved with a representative there. I expected the process to take a while, but instead was pleasantly surprised that my issue was resolved and taken care of so quickly.
Friendly staff, quick service & hardly any wait time...
Poor customer service. Been sitting waiting and no one has said anything to me as to "we will be right with you" just walk right by me?

My wallet was stolen. I got a new debit card and they deposited my check with my new debit card into my OLD stolen account. FREAKING GENIUSES. Then they wouldn't let me access MY money for five days.
