The set up is not great , always a line no matter what time you come .
Bad service, long line inside, 2 tellers oblivious
Poor management in the Holbrook location. Not enough tellers too many people and not enough tellerstoo long of a wait. Very poor management if you don’t believe me come and see for yourself
Long waiting “cancel everything else when comes to this branch.” Renovated Branch But little to no representatives to help. 🤯
Been a long time Citi customer however after my last interaction with the “Banker”, I am in the process of moving my relationship elsewhere!
