Remember the financial collapse of 2008? Citibank was a major cause of that. I don't do any banking with them, I probably just drove by but I'm glad they asked for a review anyway.
I’ve now been to the Citibank branch in Holbrook twice, and both experiences were extremely frustrating. The first time, I waited about 45 minutes just to make a simple deposit and withdrawal. That alone was unacceptable. Today was even worse. I arrived right at 9:00 AM when the branch opened, only to see employees walking in at the same time as customers. Not answering their phone or have wrong phone number listed.
Long lines, only 2 tellers. This branch apparently can't keep the other. I can only be there for my luch break which is 30 minutes and guess what I waste my lunch time and the kid teller, Aiden, I think that's his name is all over the place. It's not rocket science my transaction should be done in 2 minutes not 30min. Train all your tellers even the experienced ones, heck the whole staff I see there people always waiting for the other bank staff and there just on their phones or in their office by the teller counter not help... read more
