CITIBANK in a whole gets 1 star from me. I absolutely cannot stand how they handled my fraud claim. But when It comes to this branch they go above and beyond. Not sure why they have 2.7 stars but I’m telling you the treatment and service here is second to none. I just wish their Mother, CITIBANK could learn from them.
Awful experience. Line out the door. Two tellers helping ONE customer, the third teller is counting out his drawer meanwhile the line is long and unmoving. I was there for almost an hour for a simple transaction. Really poorly managed customer service.
Corporate BS. They try their hardest not to make the simplest thing easy. I truly don't know why anybody banks here. I was helping somebody out with some banking needs. I personally do not have an account here, and never will.
Remember the financial collapse of 2008? Citibank was a major cause of that. I don't do any banking with them, I probably just drove by but I'm glad they asked for a review anyway.
