The worst customer service I've ever experienced. You'd think anyone working in finance would be detail oriented. That is not the case - I've been through the ringer w/ this branch, having to return to 5 times to open an estate account. In reality, it should have been two. Naming names, Daniel needs to practice some care in what he does - he put in the address on my license, when I told him that is not my current address (causing an issue with card/check distribution). I am utterly disgusted by the way this bank treats its employees, especially the new ones. I witnessed firsthand today how a staff member was publicly berated for simply not knowing something. The yelling and condescending tone were completely uncalled for. It's appalling to see such a lack of respect and professionalism in a workplace. What's even more concerning is how this behavior affects the overall customer experience.
