Everyone is helpful and super nice. The lines can get long but I come here every week and haven’t waited 30 min ever. The longest wait was maybe 15-20min which agree is annoying but just avoid coming at peak times and there’s no line.
Just transferred over to this bank three weeks ago and never banked with such a horrible bank. Tried to do a transfer it was blocked went straight into some type of fraud thing which was incorrect they said they flagged it wrong and then told me my card could be inoperable for 2 business days and the 1800 number literally hung up on me no details in reference to how long the lift would be, then they did the lift and none of my ach transfer worked, I am in process of closing this out and never want to see a Citibank again hor... read more
