Waiting in a long line to withdraw cash. Honestly, They need to have more cashier
Worst customer service ever. A staff (manager?) with the last name of Troung has the worst attitude I have ever encountered at a bank. He sees customers as troubles, as if he is doing customers favors when providing services. He didn’t even know what “re-titling” an account is, demonstrating a total lack of professional knowledge. This branch is in desperate need of a serious overhaul. Perhaps should start with replacing the manager with someone who is more competent and pleasant mindset.
