The tellers get 5 stars. They're lovely, helpful and efficient, despite usually being understaffed. The service/platform segment leaves much to be desired. Right now I'm one of 4 people waiting for even an acknowledgment. 2 service people have been in one office studying a screen in earnest conversation for the 10 min I've been here. I would like to give this more stars because of 1 particular person who helped me out today. I was there 3 days ago requesting copies of my checks, at first they told me the system was down and to call customer services. Customer service then told me i would receive copies of my checks within 24/48 hours. I went back to Citibank and told them i have not received anything yet and that i needed them urgently. This is the worst location to get Service, I do not recommend this bank I went a day before to ask if I had to make an appointment to open an Account the lady at the front desk told me i didnt have to make an appointment so the next day i go with my mom and the same lady tells me theres a wait of 15mins and I told her Its ok I will wait so im waiting a while then i see this lady go and greets a couple next to us and tells them she was sorry for the waiting then she comes back to me and my mom asking what do we need I told he... read more
The worst customer service I had with Citibank so bad that I am considering taking my money some place else. Customer service seems to not know what they are doing all they know how to do is transfer you to another person and another and another. I didn’t get the help I was looking for everyone seemed so confused. Then they hanged up on me saying oh you need to go to a branch click. Horrible horrible horrible.
