The worst customer service I had with Citibank so bad that I am considering taking my money some place else. Customer service seems to not know what they are doing all they know how to do is transfer you to another person and another and another. I didn’t get the help I was looking for everyone seemed so confused. Then they hanged up on me saying oh you need to go to a branch click. Horrible horrible horrible.
I was offered an interview in May and I was interviewed by the manager, Jesse Mercardo and my experience was terrible. She does not speak clear English and how do you call me to come in for an interview and you're not prepared or present for the interview? She didn't know what questions to ask me and she kept stopping throughout the interview to answer her phone call which is very rude and disrespectful. Citibank directors have made a HUGE mistake appointing a new manager in this store. She is not only unprofessional but very rude to clients and other staff members. I’ve always had excellent service when coming into this location for the last 5 years. Staff at this branch are always friendly and helpful, but ever since my encounter with the manager I’ll be looking for another bank.
