It's a bank, what does one do at a bank. All I can say is that on the weekends is a little hectic, not enough personnel to assist clients on banking issues, long wait. Short in tellers on Fridays and Saturdays.

Great branch but not being open for the entire weekend is the opposite of customer friendly.
We’ve been Citibank customers for more than 30 years and on occasion we need help from a branch member. This past month we seem to have had several different issues to handle. We couldn’t have been more pleased with the assistance received from Tom Byrnes, the bank manager. In each instance he took his time, he was patient. He was thorough. He was clear, professional, thoughtful and caring. We were thankful for his guidance. It was a reminder of why we’ve stayed with Citibank so many years -- it’s the people that work there.
The staff and management are very knowledgeable and accommodating. In person visits and phone calls are always pleasant and any questions or concerns are handled timely and with professionalism. I've moved all of my accounts to citibank, I actually find it to be the most convenient.
