This branch is by far the most helpful and efficient. Rocio has exceeded my expectations in excellent customer service and product knowledge. Worst bank ever generally speaking! Citibank has banned me from any banking relations without any explanation. After I showed at the branch to withdraw money from my account which in the app clearly showed as "available" I have been told to wait until a serie of phone calls need to be made, after waiting almost half hour they have provided me with a 800 number to call, when I called their fraud department informed me I have been blocked off from CITI and my accounts will be closed per this branch request cause I attempted to... read more
Came in to open a account i was the 2nd person in line teller ask the manager if she could assist and answer with no because she didn't want to leave the teller alone she then proceed to tell her she can manage and she rolled her eyes...took to my business to a credit union instead 😌. Thank you
I walked in and was greeted by the staff. The entire building was looking sharp and clean. I had the pleasure to meet with Rocio Padilla to help me with my banking needs and I am very grateful she helped me out. She had a wonderful attitude and I was happy her experience as a personal banker.
