If I could give this place 0 stars I would! Worst bank to ever bank with! I deposited a CASHIER’S CHECK for my rent that was supposed to be cleared by next business day instead they tell me it will take 8 whole days to clear! Nobody in that bank is competent enough to call the damn bank and clear it, no help from anyone! When it’s not them in the situation they don’t care! Will never ever bank with them again!!!
My wife and I left the Citibank on Barranca Pkwy, where we encountered rude treatment from the staff. They provided no assistance and simply used the excuse of our appointment time being over to usher us out. Feeling disheartened, we searched for nearby Citibank branches on Google Maps and found this one. Since we didn't have an appointment, we walked in with a hopeful mindset.
