I walked into this branch this morning to make a payment toward a personal loan, and there was initially some uncertainty about how the payment needed to be processed, which left me a little confused. Elena, one of the Personal Bankers at this location, stepped in and helped me figure everything out. I’ve been to this branch at least five times. Each time I was underwhelmed. Somehow they always find a way to not do the thing which surprisingly other branches happily do and delight the customer They are not committed to work and help the customer, which is very sad.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would! Worst bank to ever bank with! I deposited a CASHIER’S CHECK for my rent that was supposed to be cleared by next business day instead they tell me it will take 8 whole days to clear! Nobody in that bank is competent enough to call the damn bank and clear it, no help from anyone! When it’s not them in the situation they don’t care! Will never ever bank with them again!!!
