I’ve been to this branch at least five times. Each time I was underwhelmed. Somehow they always find a way to not do the thing which surprisingly other branches happily do and delight the customer They are not committed to work and help the customer, which is very sad.
If I could give this place 0 stars I would! Worst bank to ever bank with! I deposited a CASHIER’S CHECK for my rent that was supposed to be cleared by next business day instead they tell me it will take 8 whole days to clear! Nobody in that bank is competent enough to call the damn bank and clear it, no help from anyone! When it’s not them in the situation they don’t care! Will never ever bank with them again!!!
My wife and I left the Citibank on Barranca Pkwy, where we encountered rude treatment from the staff. They provided no assistance and simply used the excuse of our appointment time being over to usher us out.
