Always long line I always have to wait in line for 10-20 mins They only have one person helping They need to be more quick
I love Citi Bank. They are the BEST! Anyone who isn't satisfied has some issues not associated with Citi Bank.
Nice people
Staff was professional and kind however not equipped properly with knowledge and with no access to verify documents prssented to serve customers. The result was wasting 30 minutes. I recommend better training or providing access to bankers to get help quickly. Unfortunately I wasted time today at this branch because of this, will go somewhere else.
