One of the best branches I have visited, the customer service representative Farah is always professional and helpful. Her manager is always available to answer any questions in no time. Everyone is very friendly and eager to assist from the moment you step in, i wish i can give more than 5 stars
Worst bank is hate this bank is come only to pay my I would never get account with them they always have only 2 bank teller u stand in line for over 20 minutes this is some straight bs I hope they close this location it's the worst
I've been a member for over a decade and I have no complaints. Customer Svc is at its best. Any issues that may occur have always been addressed.
Manager implied I'd be covered after a zelle scam on my account. It was not covered by citi. I went back to call them out about it and they denied implying any type of help after the zelle loss. Citi then shut down my accounts after I dressed them down about lying to me. Bush league operation. Gloria , why don't you look into it and reimburse my loss. Otherwise, you're wasting my time.
