I went here a few weeks ago to open an account for my infant son. My banker was Marcia. From the time I sat in that chair until everything was done,she was amazing. As a new mom and also a young mom I wasn’t fully aware on what it entails to open an account for a minor. She went through every information bit my bit and even tho her system was slow and acting up. She never got upset or frustrated she sat there and made sure everything was done the correct way. Ps:personality 10/10!!!
Not a good experience… I came into the branch looking for my Banker .. unfortunately she is not longer there , instead I got the branch manager to help me with my concerns.. I was very disappointed with her lack of management skills did not even gave me a firm handshake as a courtesy and fail to provide what I was looking for .. at the end I left that branch with a sour taste in my mouth… This lady needs to learn how to deal with customer in a professional and friendly manner.. won’t come back to this branch ever again.. Horrible customer service.. Branch manager needs to be retrained… no managerial skills..very unprofessional not friendly at all… I will take my business elsewhere..Do not come to this Branch…very unsatisfied customer..
I wanted to take an opportunity to share my thoughts here on Google. I’ve had a relationship with Citi for decades and I happened to be next door at the Pelham Car Wash when I walked next door to the first available banker. In this high fraud environment where I’m apprehensive about every document that may expose my assets.
