I've banked with them for ten years now for my small business. Highly efficient and very helpful staff at this branch. Referring to the 'sexist' policy at Citibank in another review, I've had that experience with their HQ which appeared to be based in TX when I applied for my line of credit. Sexist and outdated policy — completely unacceptable in 2025. Today my wife tried to close our Citi credit card account because we no longer use it and were about to be charged a $100 annual fee. She called customer service, only to be told they couldn’t process the closure because they needed to speak to the “primary cardmember” — me, her husband. In January 2025, I visited the Mclean Square branch to deposit a check. During my visit, the staff advised me to open a new savings account, assuring me that I would receive a higher interest rate than my existing Citi savings account, which at the time was at 4%. Based on their recommendation and assurance, I proceeded with opening the new account.
