In January 2025, I visited the Mclean Square branch to deposit a check. During my visit, the staff advised me to open a new savings account, assuring me that I would receive a higher interest rate than my existing Citi savings account, which at the time was at 4%. Based on their recommendation and assurance, I proceeded with opening the new account.
