I truly believe this is the best bank branch in the Bay Area. From everyday banking to complex transactions, they have always gone above and beyond to help me with my banking needs. Ed Russell is an amazing bank manager and Florence, the head banker, is super professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. They are both a great credit to Citi and I’m so grateful to have this branch nearby.
Cannot believe put CD , yes, it’s CD, unbelievable, shocked me that my CD INTEREST WAS ONE MONTH MISSING, Most of people I know told me they don’t check statements especially CD, me too, because never thought could lose CD interest but it happened to my account! This time just got lucky, normally I don’t check statements because it’s CD, and I believe bank and never happened to other banks so far but happens to Citi bank!
