I have been a client of Citibank for 29 years (also a former employee), and of this branch 18 years. We were even convinced to open a brokerage account there by the previous manager. Baeta who has worked there for many years is wonderful - she is friendly, knowledgeable, and values the relationship of longtime loyal clients . They don't pick up their phone
Deanna, Zero attempts have been made on Citi CosCob’s behalf to respond to my requests for a call back. I have emailed the manager, with no reply. . If the manager responded to requests to be contacted whether by phone or email I would not be writing this review. I repeat that the branch’s service has experienced a marked decline.
