They don't pick up their phone
Deanna, Zero attempts have been made on Citi CosCob’s behalf to respond to my requests for a call back. I have emailed the manager, with no reply. . If the manager responded to requests to be contacted whether by phone or email I would not be writing this review. I repeat that the branch’s service has experienced a marked decline.
Would appreciate a call back when requested. Customer service has markedly deteriorated.
I think this is the best Citibank branch in the area. People are pleasant, helpful, friendly and competent. What else can you ask for in a bank?
