I’ve used this Citi branch for my company’s banking for many years, mainly because it’s closest to my office. The service has consistently been poor, with long waits, rude staff, and unhelpful interactions. Today they refused a deposit because checks and money orders lacked the full business name, even though they’ve accepted them this way for over a decade.
