Not answering their phone or have wrong phone number listed
Horrible bank! Just went in to cash a citibank check and deposit half into my account and it turned out to be an impossible task. I asked the bank manager how long this is going to take because I was standing in front of the teller for 20 minutes trying to complete a 2 minute task. The bank manager gave me an attitude and said it will take as long as it takes. The manager was so useless he handed a phone # to the teller to call for help because the bank manager couldn't help.
So I walk in, I just wanna make a deposit..I count 6 people there and only one servicing customers... everyone else "pretending" to be busy... like they just saw the boss walk in🤣...I see why they get so many bad reviews
Citibank must have the worst customer service right now. I’ve been a loyal member years. They switched their my card, no longer Sears but now just Citi thank you. And no matter what number you call absolutely no one can help you. You just get transferred from one number to the next.
