So I walk in, I just wanna make a deposit..I count 6 people there and only one servicing customers... everyone else "pretending" to be busy... like they just saw the boss walk in🤣...I see why they get so many bad reviews
Citibank must have the worst customer service right now. I’ve been a loyal member years. They switched their my card, no longer Sears but now just Citi thank you. And no matter what number you call absolutely no one can help you. You just get transferred from one number to the next.
Awful, they had me waiting for over an hour for a simple task. There's two tellers working on one job when I already addressed that I had been waiting an hour and was frustrated. Very unprofessional
I have being going to the selden branch for years Everyone is so nice and helpful. I especially like Diane she always goes out of her way for customers.
