The customer service and organization is horrible. I've tried opening a bank account 3 times because it's the closest to my house, out of the 3 times only once was I close enough to finally creating the account. They postpone and straight up dodge me instead of helping me out. Horrible service and the perks they offer aren't even that good.

I love small business banks like this. For some reason they seem more convenient for me and they're more helpful. They make me feel comfortable and at home. They don't seem to have all that mumbo, jumbo talk and stuff like most big banks do. They don't require too much and are pushy.
