I visited this branch in December and was assisted by Carlos. He was friendly, courteous, and helpful, and was diligent in resolving an issue that came up after I left the bank. If you go there, ask for him! The reason I took off one star was because the teller I had to finalize my transaction with did not seem to know what he was doing. Maybe he was new?
This should be the best bank in town. Unfortunately the single drive up ATM is consistently down for service/repairs. There is a second lane that could be used for a 2nd ATM but just sits unused. It's truly unfortunate because otherwise I love citibank.
This really is the worst Citibank branch. Their ATM machines are supposed to let you choose the bills you want, and I've had issues 3 times where it just spits out the money at you in whatever denominations it wants to. Oh, and to say their tellers are less than helpful is an understatement. The tellers behind the counter just sat there and giggled as I explained to one of their people that came to the glass door so I could see what the issue was with there ATM......oh and another issue they CLOSE AT 4:00 how ridiculous is t... read more
