Absolutely useless! Tried all morning to reach Citibank at any of their numbers; finally a woman at this branch took my call. Frustratingly, she said she was unable to do anything, and couldn't even transfer my call to the global Citibank for someone else to help me. Since this branch can't connect to the global Citibank, how -and why- does it exist independently?!
