I opened a checking account during a cash bonus promotion and was assured by the branch representative that I qualified for the bonus. Despite meeting the requirements, I have not received the bonus after six months. A bank's reputation depends on trust, reliability, and honoring its commitments. Failing to deliver a promised promotion undermines customer confidence and has left me very disappointed with my experience.

Vanessa was incredibly professional, competent, and personable. She helped my son with a same day appointment to open an account, purchase euros, and activate his ATM card all just a few days before he was to leave for a study abroad program. Vanessa really persevered despite issues (that weren't her fault) and a tight timeline. We were so impressed and grateful.
