I visited the Crow Canyon/Tassajara branch twice regarding two $15 checking account service fees. Branch manager Ariana Nazari told me a reversal request had been submitted and later denied. A Citi phone supervisor subsequently told me the request had not been submitted. Phone customer service reversed both fees immediately. Customer service representatives very friendly and professional
Not giving proper ATM card. And not responding for debit card denial and putting me in embarrassment situation. Even after on the call for 30 minutes!!!!
