Very professional and friendly stuff. I am banking with this brunch for the last 17 years and they fulfill all my needs as well as answered all questions.
I opened an account here and had a few issues in the with some of the documents. However, Virginia was a help in dealing with all of my requests
been banking here for 20+ years. for whatever reason the new staff here are completely incompetent - spent over thirty minutes trying to take out $ navigating a simple fraud issue. i recommend going to the other branch in san ramon that is close by.
