I opened a account, had some issue. Noted the manager’s professionalism, he really caring of the customers of Citibank.
We came to open an account, brought with us a lease agreement and a second document confirming our residency in this city. We were unable to open an account because our banker could not get through to our apartment to confirm that we live there, this is some kind of absurdity, I don’t know of a single bank with such a stupid policy, I’m not asking you for money, I’m trying to put my money in your bank!
Great experience with Salvador, polite, and very helpful, and he went out of his way to help me finish renewal and withdrawal with one transaction. Great teamwork.

never! I will never recommend anyone to become a client of this bank! This is the most terrible service! For two months I have not been able to use this stupid credit card normally, because I have to confirm my transactions every time and call them on the phone! And now, in order to confirm my identity, they make me fill out a document from a letter and then send it and call them again! Absurd!!!!!
