Anthony, Tina, and Megan Petrone - Area Director of Citibank lack customer service. The manager at this branch should train her staff better. Anthony calls you at the end of the day and leaves messages, he doesn't try calling you within 5 to 10 minutes for urgent matters. I was busy at work and he couldn't try calling me back. Anthony how about calling my business number not just my cell phone, I 'm very disappointed.
