Citi, you blocked my credit card second time as soon as I activated my replaced card! Dealing with you is my worst experience with banks ever. You deserve the most terrible reputation among all banks. Medicaid said they needed my bank statement from the 3 accounts I had with Citibank. The funny thing is, I don't have any accounts with Citibank. Medicaid said I should go to a Citibank location and have them run my ID. If no accounts show, I should ask them for a letter stating that. So I went to my local branch, located on Central Ave. near Addison. Spoke with JoHanna and showed her letter from Medicaid.
