I had a very disappointing experience at the Citgo located at 2 State Route 23, Montague, NJ 07827. My family and I arrived before another vehicle and were waiting to be helped. However, the employees chose to assist the other car first while ignoring us. When we questioned why we were being passed over, instead of asking what the issue was or trying to resolve the situation, an employee became hostile and yelled at us, saying, “Don’t ever come back again.” We felt we were treated unfairly and with a lack of respect. the staff inside are super nice but one of the gas pump attendants are super rude and impatient my card declined at the pump so i told him i was going inside to try and while i was inside paying he's running his mouth to the people I'm with saying that I'm taking too long and i was only in the store for 2 minutes at 1oclock in the morning the place was dead like why rush a paying customer?
