Did not file my taxes the two years I used Citeroni. Just didn’t file them. I learned this 2 months ago and they don’t return calls and rarely respond to emails. I will be fined for not filing taxes (although I paid what was due). I did nothing wrong but trust this ‘Christian.’ Anyone who uses him, please check irs.gov to make sure your taxes were filed! Do NOT use this company.
One year later and my family member is still trying to get her tax return!!! Their not in their office during office hours nor do they answer their phone.
Dropped my tax info off in the beginning of April & 6 months later they were completed. Gave them permission to get my 1099 form by signing a form but evertime I called they said they were still waiting on the info. I finally got the info 1099 on my own. It literally took 5 minutes to get that info, kinda amazing isnt it. If I wouldnt of got the 1099 info on my own would they still to this day be working on my taxes? They never want to answer their phone either. First time I had them do my taxes & last time.
Staff is friendly, pricing is very fair, and Tom is very helpful and know his stuff. Would recommend.
